At Behave Bras, we want you to feel supported and confident in your fit. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Prepare the Package
Place your unworn bras in the original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene strips remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
